Accessibility Statement
Version 1.0 · Published 2026-05-28 · Last reviewed 2026-05
This Statement applies to the MetaWallet service and related website (https://wallet.metacoin.network/) operated by INBLOCK (the "Company").
1. Introduction
The Company values creating an inclusive Web3 environment in which everyone can access and trade digital assets without discrimination. This Statement describes the accessibility standards we follow in MetaWallet, the assistive features we provide, known limitations, and how to send feedback.
2. Scope
This Accessibility Statement applies to the following assets operated by the Company:
- wallet.metacoin.network — MetaWallet web interface
- MetaWallet mobile app (Android / iOS)
- MetaWallet browser extensions (Chrome / Edge / Whale)
External sites/services embedded or linked from the service (e.g. payment gateways, external dApps) are not within the direct scope of this Statement; the respective provider's accessibility policy applies.
3. Conformance level
MetaWallet aims for the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA and the Korean Communications Standards Commission's Korean Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (KWCAG) 2.2. The current status is "partially compliant" and the Company continues to improve non-conforming areas.
4. Accessibility features provided
The following features enable users across diverse environments to use the service:
- Content does not break when text is zoomed up to 400% (responsive layout)
- Dark and light modes
- Information is not conveyed by color alone (icons + text labels)
- Most areas navigable by keyboard only (Tab / Enter / Esc)
- ARIA attributes (role, aria-label, aria-modal, etc.) on modals and menus
- Meaningful alt text and heading structure for screen-reader users
- 21 languages of UI localization (including Korean)
- Reflects mobile OS system accessibility settings (font size, color inversion, etc.)
For guidance on the accessibility features available on your device and browser, see AbilityNet or the KWCAG guide.
5. Known non-conformances and limitations
These are the accessibility constraints the Company is currently aware of, being addressed by priority.
- Alternative representations for some charts / candlestick graphs are limited for screen readers
- Keyboard focus traps in some modals are not fully complete
- NFT image alt text depends on issuer-supplied metadata and may be missing
- Contrast for some color combinations is close to the WCAG AA threshold
- Accessibility of external documents provided as PDFs is the issuing party's responsibility
- Some security-restricted areas of the browser extension do not support system voice control (security constraint)
6. Continual improvement
The Company continually improves accessibility through:
- Regular checks using automated tools (axe-core, Lighthouse, etc.)
- Manual testing based on keyboard / screen-reader user scenarios
- Operating user feedback channels and addressing items by priority
- Periodic evaluation by external accessibility specialists
